Rules and Regulations

1. Observance of the college rules & regulations is compulsory. Ignorance of rules and regulations/ orders issued from time to time is no excuse.

2. If a student's absent himself/herself from any of the activities/test held by the college for the purpose of continuous comprehensive assessment or if he/she fails, the principal shall have the authority to withheld or withdraw his/her name for the University Examination.

3. At any time during the course of training the Principal may at his discretion remove the name of a students from the college rolls if he/she has failed to make progress in studies or has been found guilty of misconduct.

4. A student who wishes to withdraw from the college must do so formally in writing and his/her application should be countersigned by him/her parents/guardian.

5. Since, Today's trainee is tomorrow's teacher, each trainee is expected to show exemplary conduct, being polite, humble and civilized in his/her behavior.

6. Participation in curricular, co-curricular activities and games is compulsory for all students.

7. No trainee is permitted to undertake any part-time/whole-time job during the course of study.

8. Married girl students must not be in a family way at the time of admission and if is founds so at any time during training, her admission will be cancelled Immediately as no kind of long leave is allowed during training.

9. Rules regarding discipline, payment of fees/dues, grant of leave and use of Library must be strictly observed.

10. Principal has the power and discretion to impose or remit fine.

11. During the training period, no student shall attend or take part in any anti-government, anti-college or any other subversive activities.

12. Political and unauthorized meetings demonstrations of all kinds, sale and organized distribution of books, pamphlets, posters on the college premises are strictly prohibited. Defaulters will be punished suitably.

13. Misconduct with any staff and students shall be severely dealt with and may result in rustication or expulsion. Students may be called upon to withdraw from the college if in the principal's opinion his/her continued stay in not conductive to him/her well-being and detrimental to the interest of the college.

14. All breaches of college discipline and long absence without leave shall be punishable to the extent to exclusive.

15. Every student is required to keep with his/her the identity card and library card available for the college library and should show the same on demand.

16. Since college work is regulated mostly through notices put up on the notice boards, students must look up Notice Boards at least two times. Once on the commencement of the day and later before their departure from the college. Ignorance about any notice shall not be entertained as an excuse for non-compliance.

17. Each trainee is expected to observe strictly the college dress code.

18. Smoking, Drugs and alcohol is strictly prohibited in the college premises.

Note :  Use of mobile phones by students inside the Campus, Management Office Principal Office, Supdt. Office, Classrooms during working hours (9.30 A.M. to 4.00 P.M.) is strictly prohibited. Strict Disciplinary action (heavy fine & even cancellation of admission) will be taken against the defaulters.
