Important Instruction for Admission Seekers

Fill in the required information in every column accurately. Do not leave any column blank. The information supplied by the candidate especially relating to DATE OF BIRTH, STREAM, CATEGORY, BONAFIDE/ DOMICILE and ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS shall be treated as final and no change shall be allowed to be made in this regard at a later stage. The applications shall be scrutinized strictly according of the information shall lie with the candidate himself/herself.

Write only one category in the ‘category’ column. If the applicant writes more than one category he/she shall be placed in the General-Open Category.

The other relevant certificates/ testimonials must be issued and signed by the authorities mentioned as under:

Arrange the documents in proper order, then appear for admission before admission committee. Bring all original documents at the time of admission.

NOTE:

Any act of ragging in the college campus will be severely dealt with and the Principal of the college shall Expel  the guilty students from the college (Ragging includes any type of physical or mental torture done by the individual or group either directly or indirectly). Ragging is banned in the institution and anyone indulging in ragging is likely to be punished including imprisonment, fine or both, expulsion from the institution, suspension from the institution or classes for a limited period of the time with a public apology. The punishment may also take the shape of withholding scholarship or other benefits debasing from representation in events and withholding of results and suspension or expulsion/ rustication from college. For the purpose an Anti ragging Squad has been constituted by college the name of the faculty’s in-charge of the squad is given below:

Any information or a part of information contained in this hand book of information is subject to change/modification/deletion as per the instruction received from Hob’ble High Court/ H.P. University. The changes will commence with immediate effect.The college free to introduce/ delete any subject with revised fee structure on the instructions of Hon’ble High Court /Higher Authorities any time during the session and the same notification shall be binding on all students.

I am  Neither involved in any criminal case nor is any criminal case pending against me in any Court of Low.

I have not been debarred, rusticated by the institute last attended/presently attending. If discovered even after confirmation of my provisional admission that I have made a false or incorrect statement or concealed any fact or used fraud means or such means have been used on my behalf or securing admission, I shall be liable to disciplinary action and cancelation of my admission without prejudice to such action as the University/ College may take against me.

I do hereby undertake that I shall not participate in illegal associations, activities or movements and shall not indulge in any act of ragging or indiscipline and if I am found the institution.

I do hereby affirm that my admission is purely on provisional basis and subject to approved by SPU Mandi Shimla, failing which I shall have no claim.

I will be regular in my attendance and will complete 80% of the lecture delivered 90% of field attachment/ School Internship/ Practice Teaching, Examination and fulfill the conditions laid down by the university/ institution in this respect.

I will strictly adhere to anti-tobacco/ anti-drug act. If I am found guilty of indulging in these activities, I shall be liable for punish and expulsion from college.

I do hereby undertake that I shall not misconduct with any staff of the college or students and if I  am found guilty of such offences, I will have no claim against the order of rustication / Expulsion from the Institution.

I will strictly adhere to anti college/anti Govt. activity if I am found guilty of indulging in these activities, I shall liable for expulsion/ rustication from the college.

I agree to follow the Admission Procedure and shall strictly abide by all the instruction of the University / College authorities in this regard.

All disputes are subject to the Jurisdiction of Joginder Nager Legal Courts only.
